Matimco, one of the largest and most trusted wood suppliers in the Philippines, recently opened its new House of Wood showroom at the Westgate Center in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City. It’s the company’s ninth showroom in the country.

Led by Matimco, Inc. president and chief executive officer Charlie Liu, who also spearheaded the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the event was attended by industry partners and guests. The blessing rites also included tossing coins around the showroom.

With more than 55 years of experience in providing wood processing and treatment, the company hopes to open 21 showrooms by 2021. Aside from providing homes and establishments with locally processed wooden essentials and accessories, the company advocates for the widespread use of wood, noting its potential for job and investment-generating opportunities.

Among Matimco’s products are wood panels, floors, floor accessories, framings, doors, deck accessories and stair components.

The Matimco House of Wood Alabang showroom is located at the second level of the Westgate Hub in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
