Japanese Master Chef Masaaki Ishigawa will be showcasing his dad’s beer-flavored chicken karaage, while Chef Dennis Macaranas of the Thai station will be preparing his Bangkok-style beef tenderloin, which is inspired by his father’s favorite pulutan. Chef Halim Ali Khan of the Indian atelier will prepare Sikandari Raan (spiced roast lamb) using the cooking techniques that his father taught him. French Master Chef Julien Cosse will recreate his father’s favorite breakfast with the Steak a Cheval, heart steak topped with an egg and served with a side of french fries. Filipino Master Chef Bryan Ortigosa will be mixing up Sinuglaw inspired by the trips to the fish market that he would take with his father.
