Conrad Manila, recognized recently in the Conde Nast Traveler’s Readers’s Choice Awards as one of the best hotels in the world, officially welcomed the “Dazzling Holiday” season with the recent lighting of its “dazzling”
“Christmas tree-slash-art installation followed by a special concert featuring guest artists.Christmas is a season of kindling the fire for inspired hospitality at Conrad Manila. Where warm display of lights, mouth-watering holiday feasts and shimmering décor spark a deeper sense of caring and love for one another,” said Laurent Boisdron, Conrad Manila’s general manager.
To officially usher in the hotel’s “Dazzling Holidays,” Boisdron, together with Elizabeth Sy, president of SM Hotels and Conventions Corp., Peggy Angeles, executive vice president of SM Hotels and Conventions Corp, and guests of honor such as Gerard Ho Wei Hong, Singapore ambassador to the Philippines, Koji Haneda, Japan ambassador to the Philippines, Nicolas Galey, France ambassador to the Philippines, Vasin Ruangprateepsaeng, Thailand ambassador to the Philippines, and Pasay City Mayor Imelda Calixto led the lighting of the 16-ft. tall masterpiece at the hotel’s lobby.
Guests were then treated to an inspired musical concert and cocktails featuring guest artists such as Ballet Philippines, The Nightingales, Imusicapella and the Manila Symphony Junior Orchestra at the hotel’s Forbes Ballroom. The Dazzling Holidays tree lighting ceremony highlights the hotel’s ongoing festive dining, rooms and spa offerings.
