While Luzon is still a littles less than two weeks away from the lifting of the enhanced community quarantine, Leon Gallery offers a bit of good news to art lovers. Within the comforts of your own homes, and as long as you have a stable internet connection, you may participate in León Gallery’s “The Summer Auction” on April 25, starting at 11 a.m. through Leónexchange, the gallery’s online platform.
“Despite the trying times, we need to get back to our routine and enjoy our simple pleasures without forgetting our generosity and resolve,” says Leon Gallery founder and director Jaime Ponce de Leon. Part of the proceeds of “The Summer Auction” is for the benefit of Helping Women & Others (HWAO), chaired by Libet Virata.
Artworks by Allan Balisi and Charlie Co are just some of the pieces that will be up for auction on April 25.
