It was only a matter of time before these two leading women cross paths and collaborate. And like in their previous individual endeavors, this one is no different, as they both have an eye out in helping alleviate the plight of countless people by spurring economic activity in a promising area of the country.
PeopleAsia’s Women of Style and Substance 2020 Krizzia Ann Loyang Tanabe, president and CEO of iFRANCHISE, and Donya Tesoro, mayor of San Manuel, Tarlac, both aspire for the same things – a good life for the marginalized sectors of society, equal opportunities for all and progress and development.
Krizzia is a seasoned entrepreneur who, in 2015, instituted a foundation called iGIVE, which has done various projects around the country geared towards helping the poor and disadvantaged members of the community. Mayor Donya, on the other hand, heeded the call to be in public service in her native San Manuel.
As two celebrated and inspirational women leaders both armed with a clear vision and concrete mission, Krizzia and Donya recently entered into an agreement to build iFUEL gasoline stations in the municipality of San Manuel.
This collaboration makes it possible for the two of them to distribute quality and affordable petroleum in Tarlac. The development also opens opportunities to provide jobs to the people of San Manuel and nearby towns. Both hope that the entry of iFUEL gasoline stations will further stimulate the economy and bring in more investments, which is a welcome development for a municipality that’s full of potentials.
iFUEL, through iFRANCHISE, aims to begin site planning and conceptual design of gas stations before the year ends.
