The Vega Poolside BBQ set menu price starts at P5,999, which serves four to six diners and available tomorrow, Sunday, June 20, from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Guests may also have a lip-smacking good time at home with Dad’s Family Platters available in four mouth-watering ensembles: Buttered Cajun seafood (shrimps, mussels, squid rings) with corn on the cob, sautéed mixed greens and steamed rice; Baked river prawns with cheese (20 pieces), spicy buttered corn on the cob and mashed potatoes; Lobster claws tossed in XO sauce (two kg), served with sautéed bok choy with fried garlic and steamed rice; or the 30-day Butter-aged rib eye steak (one kg raw weight) served with roasted root vegetables and mashed potatoes. Each set is served in self-heating Hotboxes, good for eight to 10 diners, and with prices starting at P6,875.
This year, Dad also gets to have his cake and eat it, too, with Father’s Day Exquisite Indulgence signature cakes. Choose from three rich and stunning creations: Dad’s Black Velvet Cake – six inches of layered chocolate sponge cake with cream cheese, topped with pralines, macarons and cookies; Sweet Temptation – six inches coffee mousse cake with cigar-inspired chocolates and a 50 ml miniature bottle of alcohol; or the Éclair de Cubano, seven pieces of cigar-inspired coffee eclairs in different, rich flavors such as coffee kahlua, dark chocolate whiskey, pistachio amaretto, vanilla custard, salted caramel, dulce de leche and emperador hazelnut praline.
