Crispy lechon de leche and other culinary delights

Happy days are here again, as Conrad Manila’s Brasserie on 3 sets its tables and welcomes back patrons with a festival of culinary delights curated by Executive Chef Daniel Patterson.

The special selection of all-time favorites in “live” food stations  assures guests that they can dine with confidence and indulge in gourmet creations from east to west, headlined by, among others, Brasserie’s signature bulalo and creamy laksa. Diners can also feast on unlimited sashimi, sushi, tempura and a mix of fresh seafood prepared a la minute. As an added treat, guests may choose from a premium a la carte menu to add to their interactive buffet experience.

Part of the surprise is the stuffing inside Brasserie on 3’s crispy suckling pig, which changes every so often.

Diners will be delighted as they discover fresh takes on such sections as Asian Favorites, From the Grill and Pizza & Pasta, each of which is complemented by Chef Daniel’s daily offerings of appetizers, soups and desserts.

A stylized salad  bar is sure to wow diners with its salads-in-a-jar consisting of fresh organic vegetables and a selection of ready-to-mix salad dressings.

The Asian Favorites selection includes savory Hainanese chicken, dimsum basket, Korean beef bulgogi and duck red Thai curry. Among the most sough-after Filipino favorites are crispy pork belly, ox-tail kare-kare and Brasserie on 3’s 48-hour beef bulalo.

Sundays are not to be missed, as the special day’s Filipino fiesta theme presents an all-time favorite: the crispy roasted suckling pig (lechon de leche), which may also be enjoyed at home through take out or delivery via Conrad Manila’s e-store.

From The Grill offers Wagyu beef burger, organic chicken and savory daily roasts, among others. Pasta & Pizza features truffle four-cheese and chicken pesto flatbread pizza, fettuccine carbonara and spaghetti bolognese.

For a fitting buffet finale, diners are welcome to venture into the dessert station where flambé crepe suzette, along with a wide variety of local and international goodies, including the awesome chocolate tower, await them.
