Superstar couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin’s son finally made his social media debut today, as mom Ye-jin posted an image of his feet on Instagram, alongside a sentimental caption. The Crash Landing on You love-team-turned-real-life couple welcomed their first baby last month.
Posting as @Yejinhand on Instagram, Ye-jin greeted her fans a “Merry Christmas,” before sharing the story of their son’s birth. “This year was even more special for me. As you know, a precious life has been born to our couple,” she started.
After thanking her fans for their sincere affection, Ye-jin also said, “I was worried about the baby who was born a little earlier than scheduled,” but remained grateful that she could try natural birthing methods. Ye-jin also thanked a certain Shin Mi-young, “who treated me with love and affection,” and Professor Oh Soo-young of Samsung Seoul Hospital, “who constantly encouraged me to struggle between C-section and natural [methods] and hugged me with warm and quiet charisma.”
“Facing this precious and small life, I realized we are all someone’s daughter and son, and that all babies in the world are shining by their own existence… and when I met someone who loves me more than me, I felt that I could do anything…” added the obviously elated star.
Son Ye-jin ended her post by thanking her fans and promising to stay healthy and well. “I hope you are all happy, too,” she said.
