Pico de Loro Cove ushered in the holiday season with a Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony at Pico Beach recently. The event was led by Pico de Loro Beach & Country Club chariwoman Elizabeth T. Sy, president Rita Dy and hotel general manager Maxi Gavino.
In her welcome message, Maxi Gavino hotel GM of Pico de Loro Cove, shares: “This year, our decorations reflect the theme #HomeForTheHolidays. Turtles are at the heart of our design, symbolizing their journey back to the sea after nesting in the cove. Just as they find their way home, we invite our members and guests to feel the warmth and comfort of home with us as you create cherished memories with your loved ones.”
The Pico CRAFTMas team led by the Housekeeping and Engineering teams come up with innovative and creative ideas that incorporate upcycled and locally sourced materials found inside the property in their designs every Christmas season. Not only do they endeavor to use creative holiday trimmings, they also make it a point to source for those made of sustainable materials.
