Jasmine
Jasmine is serving up a Cantonese feast expertly prepared by Chef Wong Kam On. The menu includes Braised Dried Oyster Sea Moss, Fried Glutinous Rice with Assorted Chinese Marinated Pork, Steamed Cod Fish Fillet and, of course, the Poon Choi “Big Bowl Feast” to draw in good fortune for the year. Top off the meal with a tossing of Yu Sheng Salad for even more luck and success for 2018.

Lung Hin
Lung Hin is proudly serving up some exquisite abalone treats this Lunar New Year. Chef Terry Lai takes these marine snails and turns them into mouthwatering, hearty fare such as Braised Whole Australian Abalone with Supreme Oyster Sauce, Braised Whole South African Dried Abalone with Supreme Oyster Sauce, and Braised South African Abalone with Hong Kong Dried Sausage and Waxed Meat Fried Rice, all available until Feb. 28, 2018.
These specialty dishes are best accompanied by set menus such as the Sea Special Set Menu, which includes Peking Duck with Osmanthus Jelly on Potato Chip, Double-Boiled Chicken with Red Dates and Wolfberry Soup and Steamed Cantonese Sausage Rice with Garoupa Fillet, to name a few.

Canton Road
Chef Wang Wei Qing brings his Lunar New Year A-game with some regional specialties such as Salmon “Yee Sang,” Ming dynasty Peking Duck and Canton Road’s original Roasted Sucking Pig.
Guests who avail of any of the Chinese New Year special set menus (Spring, Longevity and Prosperity at P29,888 nett, P32,888 nett and P38,888 nett respectively) on Feb. 16, 2018 will also get a chance to win special gifts from Canton Road’s Ang Pao box, which contains various surprises from the different restaurants in the hotel.

Jing Ting
Unlike most Chinese restaurants in the Metro, Jing Ting focuses on the cuisine of Northern China, where meat, spices and wheat take center stage. Enjoy some juicy slices of “Genghis Khan” Prime Beef Short Ribs and “Xinjiang Style” Lamb Skewers (don’t forget to sprinkle some of that deliciously zingy spice mix) alongside some hand-pulled noodles and Crispy Five Spices Eggplant.
Jing Ting is also one of the few Chinese restaurants that serve Home-Style Sweetened Pumpkin Pastries, a crunchy-on-the-outside-gooey-on-the-inside treat that ends the meal on a sweet note.

Szechuan cuisine specialist Chef Allan Meng is preparing some auspicious offerings for the Year of the Dog with some Beijing Duck, Cucumber Jellyfish in Garlic Sauce, Homemade Dumplings and Cantonese Fried Noodles. These dishes are available until Feb. 18, 2018, with rates starting from P1,488 per person.
