The restaurant will become the epicenter of Chinese New Year celebrations at the integrated resort with its deliciously packed set menus and delectable a la carte options that are fitting even for a great emperor or the king of the year himself, the Fire Rooster.

Guests that prefer to partake of the set menu options can choose between The Chinese New Year Happiness Menu and the The Chinese New Year Abundance Menu. Both options start off your meal with the mood-setting Prosperity Salmon Fish Yu Shang, or the prosperity salad toss, whose raw fish symbolizes abundance and good fortune, while its healthy mix of shredded fruits and vegetables signify wealth, luck, eternal youth, flourishing business and health. (Tip: The higher you toss the salad, the better!)
Wok-fried King Prawns, Stew Pork Belly with Sea Cucumber, Steamed Sea Grouper with Shredded Ginger in Homemade Soy Sauce and Roasted Chicken Roll filled with Foie Gras and Wild Mushrooms among many, many others await guests that choose to dine at Crystal Dragon on Chinese New Year.
On the other hand, a la carte options that are recommended for groups with at least four to six members include sumptuous creations like the Shredded Roasted Duck with Fresh Fruit Salad in Dressing, Braised Dried Oyster and Black Mushrooms Roll with Sea Moss and Slow Cook Supreme Sea Cucumber with Abalone and Pork Knuckle in a Clay Pot, to say the very least.
