Novotel Manila Araneta City solidified its position as the region’s top performer in Food & Beverage (F&B) during the Accor Asia Awards 2023 in Jakarta.
The event brought together nearly 380 general managers from Asia along with key leaders from Accor’s global teams in the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, who shared valuable insights on enhancing guest experiences, brand loyalty and promoting women in leadership roles.
The recognition stemmed from Novotel Manila Araneta City’s objective to craft unforgettable dining and bar experiences by serving innovative dishes that reflect environmental sustainability and seasonal quality. Winning the award was a result of the property’s high performance across various criteria.
The Accor awards was evaluated on the basis of innovation, reputable performance score, food safety standards, financial achievements, employee engagement and impactful marketing efforts in the region.
