Bespoke by Avida Land builds the home of your dreams

Out with the old cookie-cutter home designs, and in with customized living spaces that reflect one’s lifestyle and preferences. With Avida Land’s newest project, find the perfect home that is designed just for you.

You might just see the home of your dreams in Avida Land’s The Bespoke Experience, which runs until March 26 at the Glorietta Activity Center.

Singles, families and even fur parents can find a home that suits their lifestyle. The good news is that these Avida Bespoke homes are conveniently located in prime spots — Avida Towers Makati Southpoint, Sentria Storeys Vermosa, Crescela Nuvali and Serin Terraces Tagaytay.

“Avida Land has always believed that home is more than just a place to stay — it’s where you create your best life,” shared Raquel Cruz, head of Avida Land. “That’s why we don’t just provide living spaces; we build communities that evolve with you, support your aspirations and reflect your values.”

Beyond eye-catching interiors, Avida Land also offers future-proof home design features — such as rain harvesting and flood control — that aim to build resilient homes that can withstand the effects of climate change.

Avida Land knows that for art enthusiasts, home is where the art is.

Fashion designer Vania Romoff, photographer Shaira Luna, model Kelly Misa and national vice president of the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers Cyndi Fernandez-Beltran, together with host Stephanie Zubiri, recently unveiled the design showcase.

Fernandez is proud of this collaboration, which she considers as a game changer in the real estate and interior design industries. “The trend now is that a home should be a visual representation of who you are. Homes don’t look like a showroom anymore,” she said.

Avida presented its premium design concepts with the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers, Furniture Republic, Samsung and Anko.

Avida Land offers the perfect home design even for plantitos and plantitas.
