Sassi Fine Jewellery has chosen Juliana Gomez to be the new face of its latest collection. No less than Sassi founder and creative director Renilde Vervoot chose Juliana whom, she says, embodies the spirit of a Sassi woman with her warm, charming personality and beauty. In the Philippines, the Sassi line is exclusively marketed and sold by Jul B. Dizon. The following should give you an idea of Renilde’s latest offerings.

  • The Nika collection now features a 30 mm medallion necklace that can be adjusted to the right length by a sliding lock. It also features a new bracelet with five small medallions that make use of the same adjustable technique. The new Nika earrings are now shorter. All pieces are reversible.

  • The Secret of Berenice comes in a “formal” version and in an “everyday luxury” version. The necklace comes with amethyst drops and peridots, while rings and cuffs can be stacked. The collection has been extended with new earrings, the same amethyst drops as the necklace, combined with peridot and gold beads.
  • The expression la vie en rose or “seeing life through rose-colored glasses” means you see life as positive and joyous. Thus, the la vie en rose bracelet is a stunning piece featuring six generous rose quartz and 16 small amethyst cabochons. More pieces from this collection will be revealed soon.

  • Tesserae, in keeping with its Roman mosaic inspiration, has a new necklace that can be ordered in different lengths and color combinations. Juliana models one with green peridots and sugar loaf gems combined with golden citrine. Like her, you can combine this necklace with the Tesserae ring with rotating gems and the new Zeste ring. The Zeste collection of rings has been extended with a ring that has two gemstones, to be worn solo or stacked with other Zeste rings.
  • The Kintsugi collection is inspired by the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold, creating even more beautiful pieces. Lapis Lazuli and Rainbow Quartz gems are interlaced with 22 karat gold lines carved in the stones. The Kintsugi hangers are attached to a gold choker.

  • The Enchanted necklace and bracelets now come in three types of gold colors: rose, yellow and white gold. Versatile as ever, they combine effortlessly with the other collections such as Nika and Berenice, and offer endless styling options. Juliana wears the necklace as a bracelet and combines bracelets with the necklace to create the exact length she wants.
  • Staffa is a new collection of rings. The rings are inspired by the history of one new ring-type developed during the Middle Ages: the stirrup ring. The Staffa rings come in different colored gems such as rubies, tsavorites, blue and orange sapphires. They can be stacked or worn solo.
