Featuring interpretations of favorite Filipino dishes by Filipino Chef Tatung Sarthou—award-winning celebrity chef, restaurateur, best-selling author and YouTuber—the food festival will run until June 12 at the Corniche.
The lunch and dinner buffet spread featuring dishes from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao is priced at P3,300 net per person.
Savor creatively prepared dishes by Chef Tatung starting with appetizers such as Pako Salad, Kinilaw na Tuna and Sinuglaw. For some warmth and comfort, try the soups Sinampalukang Manok, Papaitan Soup and Beef Hinalang.
