Cinema, Italian-style at first-ever Italian film festival in Manila

Now on its second to the last day, Italian Film Festival Manila at Venice Cineplex, invites movie buffs to broaden their viewing experience, as they enjoy these seven contemporary cinematic gems from the land that produced such great directors as Bertolucci, Fellini, De Sica and Rossellini.

The first-ever Italian Film Festival Manila, which features seven full-length feature films, is ongoing until tomorrow, October 2 at the Venice Grand Canal’s Venice Cineplex in McKinley Hill. Admission to the diverse lineup of films, which include such genres as drama, comedy, romance and mystery-thriller, is free.

To watch, guests may proceed to the 3F, Venice Cineplex and line up for the free tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.

For the first time ever, the Italian Film Festival Manila officially opens in the Philippines, bringing seven full-length contemporary Italian films to the big screen. Movie enthusiasts can watch the featured films for free at the Cinema 5 of Venice Cineplex in Venice Grand Canal, McKinley Hill up to Oct.2.
