The perfect brew finds the perfect view as the bay area’s crown jewel, Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila, joins the International Coffee Organization (ICO) in celebrating the third International Coffee Day on Oct. 1.
As part of AccorHotels’ PLANET 21 program and its pledge to sourcing products from local food suppliers, Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila collaborates with Gourmet Farms, a local coffee producer based in Silang, Cavite. In an effort to support coffee growers all over the Philippines and make their stories part of the unique experience for all coffee lovers, Gourmet Farms coffee will be served during breakfast at Spiral on the 1st of October and will be available on retail at Spiral 2 Go.
