Our chefs are pulling out all the stops for an exquisite five-course dinner, which guests may enjoy while listening to the relaxing music of a live acoustic guitar performance.
For P3,000 net, diners will enjoy the following: a starter of fresh oysters in a piquant watermelon vinaigrette; duck foie gras terrine served with candied walnuts and champagne jelly; steamed salmon over basil pappardelle and fresh asparagus; a medallion of Black Angus beef with garlic confit and a savory port reduction; and a white chocolate strawberry dacquoise to cap off the meal.
A glass of Nos Amour Demi Sec, an excellent semi-sweet wine, will be served together with the meal.

Not too keen on a conventional Valentine dining experience? Then, consider a magical moonlit Valentine at the Azure Beach Club.
Starting at P6,000++, couples can enjoy an elegant plated dining experience by the sea featuring fresh flavors concocted by our resident chefs. Guests will be offered three menu selections to suit their palates.
