So much shopping, so little time – not to mention limited baggage space! It’s a common dilemma when you want to shop till you drop while abroad. We hear you! And it looks like one of the world’s five-star airlines, and the Philippines’ top luxury retailers did, too.
Luckily, Singapore Airlines (SIA), in cooperation with Stores Specialists Inc. (SSI), has finally launched its boarding pass privilege program in the country. Starting this April, travelers who take SIA can now indulge in various shopping privileges and quarterly offers at participating SSI brands, such as Aeropostale, Boss, Brooks Brothers, Coach, Kate Spade, MakeRoom, Michael Kors, Samsonite and more, by simply presenting their Singapore Airlines or SilkAir boarding pass, valid within one month from the date of travel. PPS Club members can also avail of the offers anytime by showing their PPS Club membership card upon purchase at participating SSI merchants.
Just hold on to that boarding pass, present it to the partner store and you will surely get more out of your travel with Singapore Airlines’ Boarding Pass Privileges!
During the launch, Balagopal Kunduvara, general manager of SIA Philippines expressed excitement over the new offering. “Providing our customers with boarding pass privileges in the Philippines is always something we’ve wanted to do,” he said.
Mitch Suarez, marketing and communications head of SSI, also noted that the boarding pass privilege is a way for jet setters to “enjoy very good deals from very good brands.” She also reminded that “some of the international brands we carry are also only participating locally, so make sure to take advantage of these deals when you come back from your trip!” Now that’s a great way to fly– and shop!
Enjoy Singapore Airlines’ Boarding Pass Privileges at select SSI Stores nationwide from April 18, 2018 to April 17, 2019. For more details and the full list of participating outlets, visit www.singaporeair.com/boardingpass or ssilife.com.ph
