On the latest Forbes Travel Guide (FTG), The Peninsula Hotels has achieved Five-Star status across its ten properties. With this achievement, the hotel brand has become the first and only one of its kind to achieve the highest possible FTG rating for all its hotels.
The Peninsula Hotels is no stranger to Forbes’ Star ratings, with all of its properties in Asia, the US and Europe listed in the FTG last year. But with all ten of its hotels achieving a Five-Star rating this 2019, The Peninsula Hotels has made FTG history.
“This exceptional result is the culmination of an immense amount of hard work from colleagues across our ten hotels. Our employees dedicate themselves to providing our guests with the best possible standards of luxury service, and to be bestowed with such an exclusive award is a testament to this,” Peter Borer, COO of The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels and owner and operator of The Peninsula Hotels, shared with pride.
In recognition of employees’ hard work and to reflect its five-star status, The Peninsula Hotels will provide teams at each hotel a range of rewards over five days, including complimentary massages, afternoon tea experiences and special menus.
“We are delighted and immensely proud to join our sister hotels in this five-star rating, in turn making The Peninsula Hotels the first and only hotel group to achieve the highest possible Forbes Travel Guide rating across all our hotels. We are Perfect Ten,” said Mark Choon, The Peninsula Manila general manager.
