Aside from the TV novelas and makeup brands Korea is famous for in the Philippines, Korean food is definitely a big hit among Filipinos, too!
Novotel Manila Araneta Center goes Gangnam style with a special K-Food festival in their buffet dining restaurant Food Exchange Manila that will offer a plethora of Korean all-time favorites until Feb. 27.
The food festival was planned in partnership with Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam, the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and the Korean Cultural Center as a tribute to Korea’s significant contribution to the culture, entertainment and tourism industry of the Philippines.
And definitely not to be forgotten is the king of it all, Novotel guest Korean chef Kim Jong-Man who flew all the way from Seoul to share his culinary expertise with an excited Filipino audience and has been leading this gastronomic celebration.
A selection that includes Japchae, Bibimbap, Bibim-naengmyeon, Hobak Namul, Pork Bulgogi, Braised Chicken, Grilled Pork Ribs, Stir-fried Kimchi Rice and much more await!
