After a back-to-back surprise from Korean superstar Hyun Bin: Smart Communications’ latest TV ad featuring the global heartthrob, followed by his first printed glossy cover, with an accompanying incisive cover story, in an influential and widely read Philippine-based magazine, namely PeopleAsia, the actor who breathed life to Captain Ri of CLOY fame isn’t done yet.

He has yet sprung a surprise not only on his Pinoy fans, but his admirers the world over with the recent release by a source from VAST Entertainment, his managing company, of a letter handwritten by Binnie himself.

In it, the actor asked how his fans are. Given the uncertain times we’re living in, the greeting resonated with people the world over, more so since Binnie also shared in his note that he’s currently filming a new project.

“My beloved fans! How are you?” Hyun starts in his open letter written in Korean, followed by an update on the new film he’s shooting.

The Asian superstar also told his fans that he’s currently thinking of ways on how to give back, buoyed as he by the encouragement and kind words he’s been receiving of late from them. Writing a heartfelt letter, he adds, is the least he can do.

Hyun ended the letter in a positive note, reassuring his fans that he’s working hard to reward them with more heartfelt performances in future film and TV projects designed to entertain and make them happy.

“Please stay healthy and take good care of yourself until the day when we can ask one another freely about how we are,” Hyun concludes.
