Two years and two branches in the Philippines later, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse finds another home at a fast-paced culinary hotspot, Bonifacio Global City. No less than president and managing partner Peter Zwiener’s favors the location.
Since it first opened in Newport Mall, Resorts World Manila in 2016, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse has been getting a lot of attention in the local gastronomic scene. The opening of the second branch at The Podium in Ortigas soon followed.
“BGC is a beautiful, vibrant and cosmopolitan area of Manila and was the initial place I spent time in when I visited the Philippines for the first time six years ago,” Peter shares. Now open to the public, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse’s new location at One Bonifacio High Street is not only the perfect place for every celebration this new year, but an ideal spot for business lunch or lunch with friends, an enjoyable dinner, or a nightcap to unwind from the long day.

The restaurant offers strictly USDA Prime Black Angus beef, which is dry-aged under an environment with a controlled temperature and humidity for an average of 28 days. This proprietary process of dry-aging, completed on site to perfection, results in luxurious, meltingly tender and juicy steaks—served sizzling hot with a perfectly caramelized crust. Fresh cuts of meat, hand-picked by the steakhouse, are flown in (chilled, never frozen) each week.
“All our dishes are ‘Instagrammable’ due to the beauty and size of our plates—from the sizzling Porterhouse to the seafood platters, to the thick slab of bacon to our salads all the way to the scrumptious and decadent desserts including our homemade New York-Style Cheesecake or Apple Strudel a la Mode,” Zwiener shares, expressing that each of the dishes in the Wolfgang’s Steakhouse menu is well worth a double-tap.
While the restaurant’s BGC opening crosses yet another impressive milestone off their list, the widely acclaimed restaurant shows no signs of stopping. Within the first quarter of next year, the revered restaurant will be unveiling new locations all over the world: their first European location in Cyprus, their sixth location in New York City, Jakarta, Boston and their third location in Tokyo.
