“Dream Weddings: A Wedding Gala by City of Dreams” gathers the country’s sought-after wedding experts on the 30th of November to celebrate the beauty of marriage.
Among those who will be featured in the event are world-renowned fashion designer Francis Libiran, who will cap the evening off with a gala fashion show of fabulous wedding ensembles, feng shui master Joseph Chau, as well as top wedding stylists Gideon Hermosa, Michael Ruiz and Teddy Manuel.
Directed by Robby Carmona, the gala will showcase how would-be couples can experience dream-come-true weddings at the grand ballroom. Meanwhile, TV and event host and lifestyle blogger Janeena Chan will be hosting the gala.
The elegant grand ballroom will be adorned with a blush-themed set-up for this by-invitation-only gala, putting into spotlight a bespoke bridal collection of celebrated A-List fashion designer Francis Libiran.
A primary figure in Chinese geomancy, feng shui Master Joseph Chau will also be providing invited couples with tips on how to add harmony to their married life.
In lieu of the usual fashion catwalk, Carmona conceptualized a huge tiered cake-like stage with an ornately designed gazebo for the bridal fashion show and a contemporary dance performance about love and union.
The gala will also highlight sumptuous creations from City of Dreams Manila’s banquet and signature restaurants. The chefs de cuisine of Crystal Dragon, Nobu and The Tasting Room as well as the hotel’s executive chefs will all be offering guests a taste of their respective specialties. Each restaurant feature is expertly curated and styled in exquisite table set-ups by Hermosa, Manuel and Ruiz.
With a 600-seating capacity for a banquet, which can also accommodate up to 900 people for a theater-style setting, City of Dreams Manila’s grand ballroom is a fitting venue for an event that celebrates love, romance and life-long partnerships.
