One of the country’s leading medical institutions is poised to expand is healthcare services with this development, which is scheduled to be completed in 2027.
St. Luke’s Medical Center, one of the country’s leading and most respected healthcare institutions, announces the recent groundbreaking of its new hospital building in Quezon City. This marks a significant milestone in the hospital’s redevelopment plan, an initiative to modernize and expand its facilities while maintaining uninterrupted patient care.
Established in the 1960s, St. Luke’s Quezon City facility has served as a cornerstone of healthcare in the metropolis. However, decades of growth have pushed the hospital’s capacity to its limits. Recognizing the evolving needs of its patients and the healthcare landscape, St. Luke’s embarked on a redevelopment project to elevate its services and infrastructure and serve our community even better.
The new 13-story hospital building will house nearly 80 percent of the hospital’s existing services with 140 nursing unit beds. Despite its immense scale, it will be constructed on a limited footprint, occupying only 10 percent of the total area. This strategic approach ensures minimal disruption to daily operations and patient care while maximizing available space.
The new hospital building is expected to be completed in 2027. It will be equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology and designed to meet the highest patient comfort and safety standards.
