It’s a universal fact: breakups suck. We’ve all found ourselves at one point or another nursing a heartbreak with a pint of ice cream and senti music on full blast. But three years ago, Philippine theater discovered a new ode to the ups and downs of modern romance — Sa Wakas. Staged in the PETA Theater, the homegrown jukebox musical wowed critics and fans with its poignant, heartfelt dialogue and catchy, Broadway-fied rock tunes.
