Wildflour Burger is here!

This month, Wildflour launches its first-ever burger brand Wildflour Burger, with a more extensive array of choices, toppings, combo meals and sides available exclusively through GrabFood and the Wildflour App.

Within seven years since the launch of its first café-bakery at the Net Lima Building in Bonifacio Global City, Wildflour Café + Bakery continues to catch on among Metro Manilans like wildfire.

“Now more than ever, especially as stay-home orders and stricter regulations have been making a return, we want both first-time and loyal customers alike to have our burgers within the comfort and safety of their own homes, and we have spared no expense to ensure that the service and quality of the product is not compromised despite traveling over distances,” Wildflour Café + Bakery president and CEO Ana Lorenzana de Ocampo tells PeopleAsia.

Chili Cheeseburger

Burgers, according to Ana, are classic comfort food. Through the years, Wildflour has earned a loyal following for the burgers it serves in the restaurants. So, Ana and her team thought of going all out with burgers by making a brand of its own.

“It wasn’t too challenging since we’re already extremely passionate about putting a proper burger together, assembling it with our existing quality ingredients,” the CEO shares.

Wildflour Burger come in five variants: The Original Wildflour Cheeseburger, the Double Cheeseburger, BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, Chili Cheeseburger and Fried Chicken Sandwich. But what sets Wildflour Burgers apart is the freedom to mix and match different ingredients, toppings, sides or extras that the customer pleases. “Because we know that however you want to have your Wildflour burger, that is the right way,” Ana explains.

BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger

Wildfour assures customers that every ingredient of its burger is of the finest quality– succulent, never-frozen patties of superior meat quality made using Canada Beef, perfectly paired with brioche buns baked fresh daily from Wildflour Bakery. Incredibly fresh and crisp lettuce, tomato, and onions direct from local organic farms, classic good American cheddar, all topped with a secret sauce that Wildflour painstakingly developed in-house and served in excellent packaging that is both clever and conducive for delivery.

“For adventurous customers, they will be given the liberty to choose from a wide variety of toppings to spice up their experience, including guacamole, chili and much more, all made from scratch in our Wildflour kitchens. We just want to offer the best ways someone can enjoy a burger, plain and simple, but done well, as is the Wildflour standard,” Ana concludes.
