Art Attack at the Ayala Malls

This year, the Ayala Malls celebrates an extended Valentine’s season by showcasing different works of art in a handful of Ayala shopping and leisure destinations. And so, young artists are at front and center of this season’s exhibit, aptly called “Art to HeART.”

The story behind this collection is reflected in a quote from French novelist Honore de Balzac that tells us that “love is not only a feeling, it is also art.” Love can manifest itself in many, many ways, and it is very often what fuels the creative force behind works of art. Just as there are many different kinds of love, love can inspire all sorts of colors, patterns, images and styles in artistic work.

“It’s an exciting sight. Some of the installations are not yet finished so people can actually see the artists at work, when they visit the malls,” entices  Rowena M. Tomeldan, Ayala Land VP and Head of Operations – Commercial Business Group. She also notes that aside from decorative purposes, this activity also aims to train the spotlight on some of the country’s rising and deserving artists.

“Art to HeART” is indeed as varied as the many kinds of love. From the quirky to the edgy, the cute and the more dramatic, the more traditional the more contemporary, there will surely be something to touch everybody and remind us all that all the great things that love can do don’t have to end after Valentine’s Day.

To top it all off, Ayala will also be launching its Ayala Malls A-Portal mobile app at the end of the month. It’ll be the avid shopper’s new best friend as it will notify them with updates on everything shopping-related. News about cinema schedules, restaurants, transportation and upcoming events, to say the least will soon be a notification away.

As if that wasn’t good enough, the Ayala Malls will also partner up with Globe to improve connectivity with Ayala Malls Go Wifi. Internet speed will now be at a handy 100mbps allowing shoppers to search and share with more ease.

To complement all these new features, the Ayala Malls now also have a One Concierge hotline. Need to inquire about a store or restaurant in another Ayala Mall? No problem; there is now just one landline to know by heart for absolutely all Ayala Malls in the country. +63 7959595 is the only number you’ll need to know.

The Ayala Malls truly know how  to give back to shoppers and return the love three, or even four-fold. At the the end of the day, you really gotta Love’em!
