Each serving is filled with sausage, bell pepper, onion and celery topped with shrimp, squid, clams and mussels. Italian inspired, the Chicken Fusilli uses chicken breast strips cooked in white wine and fusilli pasta, tossed with a bright flavored no–nut pesto and parmesan cheese. The Baked Penne Chorizo is a crowd favorite. It uses penne pasta layered with chorizo, cheese, béchamel, and Neapolitan sauce baked until the cheese is melted. Another option for cheese lovers, the Pan-Fried Chicken with Three Cheeses is a great choice. Boneless chicken legs are seasoned with garlic and rosemary.
