If you don’t already know, hair accessories are having a “major” moment in fashion for several months now since the start of 2019. Experts predict that aside from hair clips and barrettes, blunt bobs and big volumes will also steal the spotlight both in streets and on runways.
“It really started over the summer months where the heat was extreme and so people were wearing their hair up and accessorizing. Although all of the accessories differ in shape and style, they all can be adapted to a multitude of looks which is why I think it will be key for 2019,” says seasoned celebrity stylist Zoe Irwins.
True enough, from local celebrities like Heart Evangelista to models on runway shows of Oscar de la Rent and Versace, hair clips embellished with pearls, marbles and animal prints have been seen everywhere.
